Open a ticket at our Help
Desk if:
a) You are leasing a
website, web hosting, or need technical support from MS Net Systems'
related programs.
b) Your internet email
service provider has aggressive filters that may block our email.
Emails can be lost. Our support system is database driven and
communications via the help desk are never lost.
c) You have a pre-sales
question or want to make contact with us where additional
communication is required. You can login and reply to support
tickets as needed.
d) You are a client of
MS Net Systems and have a billing question.
Please note
that you will need to create a membership at the Help Desk and it is
separate from your membership at the MS Net
Systems member area.
